PAYMENT POLICY

Most of our patients are on one of the Denplan schemes where they benefit from predictable monthly contributions which eliminates unexpected bills when dental work is needed. They can also opt to pay their annual subscription as a one off payment in advance.

Private fee-per-item patients will be supplied with a comprehensive treatment plan which will explain what treatment is proposed and the cost of the treatment. If there are any changes to the treatment plan as a result of what we find when we commence, this will be discussed with the patient and further consent will be recorded on the patient’s file unless it is a significant change when we might ask the patient to sign a new treatment plan.

Fee-per-item patients pay for their treatment at the end of each appointment unless otherwise agreed. In some cases where there are significant lab fees involved we will ask for part payment before treatment is carried out.

We accept all forms of credit and debit card. Patients can also pay with cash or cheques.
