AN APPOINTMENT

From your first contact with reception, throughout your treatment, we pride ourselves on the friendly efficient service we provide.

All our staff are trained in reception duties. The computer system we use is designed to help us arrange appointments to suit your needs. The staff member on duty will print out a hard copy of your appointment schedule, treatment plans and receipts on payment. You can also opt to receive a text reminder a couple of days before your next appointment.

If you phone and all the staff members are engaged with patients at that moment, please leave a message with your contact details if prompted to do so. Reception will call back as soon as someone is free.

Unfortunately we do not offer an online booking service at this time. The only ways to arrange appointments are in person or via the telephone.

Failed Appointments

Unfortunately as of the 1st February 2019 we do now make a charge of £25 for all failed Hygienist appointments. This charge is for private and Denplan patients.

Where ever possible please try to give at least 24 hours notice if you wish to change or cancel an appointment. We understand that some situations are unavoidable but there may be a fee charged if appointments are continually cancelled or changed at short notice.
